Well Read Women : Portraits of Fiction’s most Beloved Heroines This beautiful book is illustrated by my FAVORITE artist – Samantha HahnWell Read Women, is a collection of 50 portraits in watercolor of literatures most well-read female characters.  Her illustrations are absolutely gorgeous!  She brings new life to these very well-known characters. 

A few years ago I was introduced to Samantha’s work by her very popular blog Maquette.  Since then I have been fortunate to have purchased an original watercolor and a couple limited edition copies.  These are pieces I treasure and love and will pass on to my girls when they have their own home.
